Catch the Bike Train to Apple Day

Organised group cycle rides will be running direct from The Level in central Brighton, along the A270, to Apple Day at Stanmer Park.

These 'Bike Trains' will provide a fun, free, and sustainable route to the event.

We will cycle two-abreast, accompanied by experienced stewards with clear signage and up-beat music to create a hi-vis, safety-in-numbers presence on the road.

All ages and abilities welcome. Just turn up with a roadworthy bike and join in!

Rides will be family friendly, although we recommend that cyclists are 8 years of age or older.  Children under 12 years of age are to be accompanied by an adult.

There may be two speeds of ride ('slow train' & 'express train'), as necessary.

Depart from the Level

- 11am
- Noon

Journey time to Stanmer Park is approximately 25 to 30 minutes.

Depart from Stanmer Park

- 4pm
- 5pm

Journey time to the Level is approximately 20 to 25 minutes.

We recommend that you arrive 10 to 15 minutes before departure for briefing and assembly.
