Jen Beaufoy

Jen Beaufoy is a permaculture teacher and designer, horticulturalist and environmental education tutor.  She is part of the Brighton Permaculture Trust plot team and has recently been teaching on our Introduction to Permaculture and Building Sustainable Communities courses.
