Anne-Marie Bur

Anne-Marie's nickname as a child was Pippin, which perhaps led her via lots of byways to an apple-themed destiny. She has for some years managed local food projects for Action in rural Sussex and currently runs fruit projects with Brighton Permaculture Trust. This means amongst other things that she has helped, one way or another, in the digging up of quite a lot of school grounds in an effort to make the playing fields of Sussex fertile ground for a new generation of scrumpers.
